Atty. Malapitan is one of pioneer lawyers of Oliva Firme & Associates Law Firm. He joined the firm after his admission to the bar in 2010. His vast experience in the fields of litigation, family law, labor law, immigration law, corporate and special projects, had helped  him to represent high caliber individuals in a wide range of matters involving games and amusement, local and international oil trade, construction  industry, local and international scrap metal trading, shipping industry, public-private partnership, etc.. Atty. Malapitan was a scholar of Far Eastern University where he received his bachelor of arts degree Major in Political Science. He acquired his Bachelor of Laws Degree from San Sebastian College of Law. He was a former member of the Board of Directors of Oriental Mindoro Integrated Bar of the Philippines.
